This was a great project to work on! First time for me at Polaria in Tromsø, I can recommend everyone to visit Polaria when being in Tromsø. Really looking forward to see it finished, full with water and the seals in it.
For Reynolds Polymer Technology we installed several Acrylic windows and an 8.4m long acrylic tunnel for the new extension of Polaria Aquarium, located at the Arctic capital of Tromsø, Norway. It was great working together with Econor AS and the Polaria team having this installed in time. With the project being this far north, November weather and limited daylight we succeeded lifting the tunnel and large window through the small roof opening with 15cm to spare either side! Polaria will be opening this new section in spring 2025 so more to follow! #acrylic #aquarium #aquariumwindows #installation #architecture #acrylicwindow

After many years visitors could have a very good look at the salmons again at the Nasjonalt villlakssenter in Lærdal! 😊 It is so good to see this renovation project completely finished. Filled with water and having the salmon in the aquarium again. A job we had to put in a lot of extra hours, but we and the customer are both very happy with the result! Definitely worth all the extra hard work. 😊

Looking back at a great week in Norway. We got asked for some repair works and to learn their new staff how to clean and maintain their windows and also to teach them some basics of polishing acrylic. Propper maintenance is so important and will keep a product so much better for a long time, this is why we love to do this and teach staff how to help keeping their aquarium as clear a possible.
