For several years now, we have partnered with Neste in Sustainable Aviation Fuel as well as pioneering and testing the ISCC - International Sustainability and Carbon Certification Credit Transfer System. This system enables airlines, logistics providers, and customers to credibly report the emission reductions achieved using #SAF for reducing their carbon footprint in air travel and freight transport. But we’re not stopping there! Together, we aim to develop a commercial model to secure the off-take of approximately 300,000 tons of neat, i.e., unblended SAF per year by 2030, while facilitating the sale and purchase of additional SAF volumes. Additionally, we are exploring how Neste’s renewable solutions, like renewable diesel, aka the #HVO100, can further support our efforts to decarbonize road transportation. This year, we gave 15 of our GROW trainees the chance to be there as well, soaking up the exciting environment, showcasing innovative technologies, and demonstrating 'Yellow on the Ground' right at the heart of the town. From demonstrating our robotic dog to showing how EffiBOT assists with parcel deliveries, the team engaged with attendees and highlighted our commitment to innovation.
