Our latest exploration results from the West Arunta Project in Western Australia continue to excite, with shallow, high-grade intercepts extending Luni to the east ✅   Our Managing Director Paul Savich notes: "Today’s results are the final 2023 extensional drilling intersections and they suggest a meaningful envelope of mineralisation may continue in the eastern and southeastern area of Luni. This also provides an opportunity to extend Luni’s mineralised footprint during 2024."   One particularly interesting result is from hole LURC23-093, which uncovered significant high-grade rare earth mineralisation (7m at 10% TREO from 58m) in the southeast of the Luni carbonatite. NioCorp Developments (NASDAQ:NB) (TSX:NB) has successfully demonstrated the ability to recover greater amounts of the critical mineral niobium from each tonne of ore the Company expects to mine at its Elk Creek Critical Minerals Project, located in southeast Nebraska, once sufficient financing is obtained and the project is constructed. Final results from NioCorp's metallurgical demonstration plant in Trois Rivieres, Quebec, show that NioCorp's new and improved recovery process can achieve a 90.7% rate of niobium recovery through the hydrometallurgical process. Overall recovery through the pyrometallurgical production of the commercial product ferroniobium is expected to be 86.7%. NioCorp's previous approach to niobium production was able to achieve recovery rates through the hydrometallurgical and pyrometallurtical processes of 86.8% and 82.4%, respectively. The higher rates of niobium recovery from NioCorp's new process point to the likelihood of higher niobium production levels from NioCorp from the same mining tonnage, although a final determination of planned niobium production can be made only after work related to a mineral reserve update, additional engineering, updated project capital and operating cost estimates, and other required information is produced for publication in a new Feasibility Study. https://lnkd.in/dzqgp9Kz #niobium #ferroniobium #elkcreek #marksmith #scotthonan #criticalminerals #nebraska

About the Nagagami Niobium Project 677 claims through staking, to cover the Nagagami Carbonatite/Alkalic Complex, located about 65 kilometers Northwest of Hearst Ontario. The staked area is equivalent to about 14,600 hectares or 140 square kilometers. A study of the magnetic data for the Nagagami Complex and the Niobec Mine both indicate a donut shaped structures with syenitic rocks forming the circular magnetic high with carbonatitic rocks forming the central magnetic low. At Niobec, it is in the central magnetic low where the Niobium and Rare Earth mineralization is hosted.
