𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐀𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐭! 🔧 Installation has officially begun for the two Econvert-Dsulph® reactors at a customer site as part of their overall modernization project of the process water treatment plant! Earlier this year, these impressive 120m³ reactors have traveled via waterways due to their size, with additional components such as scrubbers, settlers, and pumping chambers being delivered via road transport. 🚢🚚 Now, our on-site work is in full swing! 🔧 With these reactors, each capable of treating 125,000 m³ of biogas per day and processing up to 1,700 kg of sulfur in the form of hydrogen sulfide daily, we’re proud to contribute to more sustainable industrial processes. We recently completed the successful commissioning and start-up of one of our 𝐄𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐭 𝐄𝐆𝐒𝐁® 𝐄𝐂𝐎 𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 at a customer site in Germany. During the start-up, our team ensured a smooth reactor operation. We provided hands-on training, technical guidance, and on-site support to equip the client team with knowledge on how to operate and maintain the reactor. This video shows an 𝐄𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐭-𝐈𝐑® being transported from the manufacturing facility directly to its final destination in Switzerland, where it will treat wastewater in the dairy industry. The IR has been built fully isolated in order to optimize process temperature and to minimize energy waste.   The on-site installation is almost fully finished, and the Econvert-IR® is expected to be operational in the first half of 2025.
