💸 Attracting more quality hires by being transparent 💸 Last Tuesday at the Digitaal-Werven conference, we teamed up with René Drummen from Just Eat Takeaway.com to showcase the salary calculator we developed for their courier job site. By clearly presenting potential earnings upfront, we were able to: 🤝 Increase trust: when you are open about pay, it builds a trust in applicants to apply with you. ⏱️ Motivate applicants to apply for more hours, as they can easily see how much more they could earn. ⏳ Save recruiter's time answering questions on pay. ❤️ Improve applicant retention and satisfaction by preventing gaps between their actual pay and their expectations. The results from our A/B test say it all: the version with the salary calculator saw a 12.2% increase in applicants compared to the version that only mentioned a maximum salary.
