The next step in neuromorphic computing! 🧠 During Enschede Slush'D, we signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Australian investor Out The Back Ventures. They will invest in Christian Nijhuis' research (University of Twente) to accelerate research into neuromorphic computing. This technology ensures that computers can become a lot more energy efficient, as they are based on how our brains work. Important, as AI consumes a lot of energy and is used more and more. This technology, therefore, has enormous potential to become disruptive. The ambition of this MoU is that a business case can be validated and that we can jointly set up a spin-off.
