Exciting news! 👀 Enviu's innovative work has been highlighted in the 𝐔𝐩𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐂𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤 by Global Fashion Agenda! ✨ Through Reweave (a program by Enviu), we've pioneered ventures like The Good Felt, transforming post-industrial and post-use textile waste into high-quality felt products. What happens if you scale too soon? Scaling without a solid foundation can lead to costly missteps. Getting it right first ensures that when you scale, you scale smart. Here’s what "nailing it" means to us:  🔨 𝐎𝐛𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦: Before building anything, we dig deep into the problem we’re solving. Who’s affected? What’s their reality? The clearer the picture, the better our solution. 🔨 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐭𝐲𝐩𝐞, 𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭, 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐭: We embrace the messy, iterative process of trial and error. 𝐑𝐞𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐫: 𝐚 𝐦𝐚𝐣𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐮𝐬𝐞 More than 400 visitors from across Europe gathered at the 1931 Congrescentrum Brabanthallen in ’s-Hertogenbosch for the second edition of the Reusable Packaging Fair—and what a success it was! 💪 The day was packed with inspiration 💡 In total, 24 organizations showcased their innovative reusable solutions and over 25 sessions delivered invaluable lessons from the circular economy. Knowledge was shared, connections were made, and collaboration was sparked. From Enviu’s perspective, the event was a major milestone for our program Mission Reuse. Here’s what stood out most to us, as shared by Nienke Nijholt: ✨ The Transition is Growing! The shift from disposables to reusables is picking up real momentum. Compared to last year, we saw more organizations actively experimenting with and implementing reuse solutions. It’s incredible to witness the movement growing stronger! 🤝 Collaboration is Essential! The fair showed how vital teamwork is for a circular economy. More and more companies are teaming up to scale solutions, proving that collective action is key. In this new economy, we must compete on product quality—not on packaging. 💡 Innovation is Happening, but We Need a Level Playing Field! Innovations in reuse are everywhere, with frontrunners already making strides. To keep up the momentum, we need government support to create a fair playing field where reusable systems can thrive alongside single-use systems. Impact Week brings together different actors to catalyze, scale, and safeguard efforts to tackle the greatest challenges for people and the planet. By building market system interventions that are self-sustaining and self-scaling, we lead with action: Our various programs demonstrate how we do this.
