Our end-of-year Town Hall was a special moment to come together globally and reflect on the year’s journey. 🌍   Led by our CEO, Julian Eguren, the event highlighted the importance of seeing every challenge as a chance to create value. #ExperienceAbroad: Federico Matlin’s challenge in Saudi Arabia🌍 👋 Meet Federico Matlin! Procurement Sr Analyst at Exiros Argentina, who recently completed his assignment in Saudi Arabia. During his time there, he supported the TenarisGPC project, managing supplier relationships, coding materials, and ensuring smooth operations to drive the plant’s success. 🌟 What he learned: Adapting to a new environment taught Federico the importance of flexibility, cultural awareness, and building strong connections with colleagues and clients. 🚀 The impact: “This experience challenged me to grow both personally and professionally, helping me bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the project while embracing a completely new culture.” #WeAreExiros

Exiros completes first purchase of certified low-emission pig iron 🌱   Exiros has reached a key milestone on its #RoadtoSustainability by securing the first-ever shipment of certified low-emission pig iron for our client TenarisTamsa. This achievement significantly reduces CO₂ emissions from 1.9 tons to just 0.2 tons per ton of material, contributing directly to their decarbonization goals.   This milestone was the result of teamwork across Exiros’s Global Raw Materials and Quality teams, together with the Tenaris Environmental area. By collaborating with Brazilian suppliers to certify their lower-emission processes, the team drove progress in creating a more sustainable supply chain.   Thank you to everyone involved for making this possible – a true example of #TruePartnership in action! #WeArExiros 

Meet José Pablo García - Buyer by day, musician by night! 🎶   As part of Exiros' MRO Global team in Monterrey, José Pablo ensures a reliable supply of essential materials for clients, fostering strong relationships through his dedication and professionalism. Outside of work, he’s a musician and voice-over artist. Co-founder of the band Cyanic Cydnis, he plays piano, drums, and sings as a chorus vocalist.   His mindset? “Seeing my music on streaming platforms reflects the balance I strive for between my creative passions and dedication at work. Tackling under design component rejections at TenarisTamsa 🔧   Exiros partnered with ALGE (TenarisTamsa’s machining workshop), the Inspection team, and 21 suppliers at a workshop in Veracruz to align processes and reduce rejections. With key insights into rejection metrics, blueprint issues, and process alignment, the event highlighted the power of teamwork to improve results for Tenaris. 👏 Kudos to the Content & Quality team, represented by Mitzy Utrera, and the MRO team, led by Martín Pineda Acosta and Erandi Colin, for making it happen! #TruePartnership #WeAreExiros

Exiros supported Ternium in achieving a major milestone at the Pesquería Steel Mill: the first massive concrete pour for the base of the 146-meter Direct Reduction reactor. 🏗️   In a 66-hour effort involving 1,058 concrete mixers, over 3,100 m³ of concrete were poured. Ternium’s Engineering team highlighted the teamwork among Exiros, contractors, and suppliers, noting that safety remained the top priority. Pablo Daniel Lamas acknowledged the dedication shown through long hours, while Edna Vázquez emphasized the months of planning and collaboration that made this milestone possible.   With this foundation complete, teams are now prepared to advance to the next construction phases in Ternium’s journey toward the future of steel. #TruePartnership 

#ExperienceAbroad: Gabriel Pimentel’s journey from Brazil to Chile 🌎   👋 Meet Gabriel Pimentel! Procurement Specialist at Exiros, originally from Brazil. He recently completed his expatriation in Chile, where he built a supplier network and played a key role in Techint’s C20+ Collahuasi project.   🌄 Life outside work: On weekends, Gabriel explored Chile’s landscapes—from Laguna del Inca to San Pedro de Atacama—and built friendships along the way.   🚀 The impact: “When I got the offer, I felt both nervous and excited, but the recognition gave me the push I needed. I had been waiting for this opportunity, even studying Spanish years ago, so I knew it was my time to go all in.”

Supplier training on metrology and blueprint interpretation in Mexico 🔧   At Exiros, we are dedicated to fostering continuous improvement and helping our suppliers grow. Recently, the Content & Quality team, led by Jorge Velázquez, along with Pablo Daniel Lamas from MRO, organized a three-day course at the Roberto Rocca Technical School (ETRR) in Mexico, focusing on metrology and blueprint interpretation.   Thirty professionals from 15 key machining suppliers participated in the training, gaining the same technical knowledge provided to Ternium staff.
