A movement of feminine change makers creating a better world!
Over ons
Female Wave of Change is a global movement that unites women changing the world into a better place. We are women from all walks of life who take responsibility for our own future, the future of the next generation and of the world. Female Wave of Change offers women a safe place where we can be our authentic self, be economically empowered and grow into the change-makers who shape the world. Together we actively create a more sustainable world based on more human values, on compassion, on collaboration and abundance: a world where we celebrate diversity and create equal opportunities for everyone. We live and work according to our core values: EMBRACE DIVERSITY FWoC celebrates a very diverse group of women where each and every woman can be their authentic self and is treated with respect. EQUAL CHANCES FWoC offers an equal chance to develop talents as an individual, as an entrepreneur and as a leader. RESPONSIBILITY FWoC stimulates women to be pro-active, to take responsibility for their own future and become the change. DARE2DREAM FWoC offers an environment where women start dreaming. CIRCULAR LEARNING FWoC stimulates women to take action and really make it happen. There will be freedom to experiment, to fail, to reflect and re-create. TOGETHER WE WIN FWoC contributes to create WIN-ning together situations, where women work together becoming happy and successful by making others happy and successful. STIMULATE COMPASSION FWoC supports the golden rule ‘what you do not wish for yourself, do not do to others’ (Confucius) should be leading in all our actions. HEART2HEART FWoC believes that by connecting, reaching out on a heart to heart level, by sharing knowledge and experience, we will achieve more. Please note that we encourage dialogue, contributions and discussions, but we do not accept commercial activities.

Wonderful initiative ❤️
I’m excited to share that I’m committing $150 million to help dismantle the barriers that hold women back at work. New research from my team at Pivotal Ventures, which adds to the growing body of evidence on women's experiences at work, shows that a lack of caregiving support, toxic workplace cultures, bias, harassment, and even threats of violence are among the biggest challenges women are facing at work right now. It’s clear that the modern workplace simply wasn’t built with women in mind, and frankly, women are tired of being pushed into a broken system and asked to overcome arbitrary and unfair roadblocks to succeed. It's time for that to change. These funds, which are part of the $1 billion commitment I announced earlier this year, will be focused on three areas: 1) Seeding innovations to build healthy workplaces; 2) Informing public policy changes to modernize the workplace; and 3) Increasing women’s representation and advancement in AI and tech. It’s essential that women—and all workers—have the support they need at work so they can reach their fullest potential.

On Day 13 of the #OrangeTheWorld Campaign, we love to share the message of Espérance Kana who believes that ‘it is essential to remind ourselves that SAFETY is non-negotiable! Let's protect it, maintain it and promote it everywhere. When women and girls are safe, they can achieve their full potential at home, at work and in their communities. Everyone benefits from their wellbeing. As an HR professional, I strongly believe the contribution to safety of team members should be assessed among other deliverables. It is everyone's responsibility. Let this be clear: 🧡 all women deserve to be safe, no matter their hierarchical level, skin color or any other diversity marker. 🧡 harassment by women has no place at the workplace or anywhere else. 🧡 this is not a gender war, it is an effort to live together in harmony’. #OrangeTheWorld #SafeEverywhere #EndViolenceAgainstwomen

Thank you Ame-Lia and Monika, we are grateful for your contribution to our amazing work. Before stepping into her role as a teacher of inner wisdom, Anita founded and led a national non-profit arts organization for 18 years. During this time, she developed her expertise in organizing impactful events, building strategic partnerships, and leading a team of professionals—including a board of directors, staff, and volunteers—across the country.
