Flier Systems is a reliable and dependable supplier specialising in the design of customer-specific machinery and systems for the horticultural sector. Our products are under continual development so that we can support nurseries worldwide in their quest for higher plant quality and uniformity and also increased production capacity and efficiency. In order to guarantee optimal systems, we pay great attention to integrating straightforward functionality with simple controls while using sustainable materials. Furthermore, all our new designs and developments are thoroughly tested in cooperation with our customers. Our customers include breeders, propagators, young plant growers, through to pot plant nurseries in the ornamental and vegetable sectors. Years of experience (established 1931) form the basis for the design of stand-alone, 'simple' machinery, right through to complex production lines. Thanks to the modular structure of our systems, each system can be geared to your specific operational and size requirements and therefore grow as and when your future plans are introduced. Together with the Service and After-sales department we provide quick and efficient support on a remote basis or via our global network of service engineers. Our TIS once again shows its strengths at Roelands Plant Farms. The TIS is designed to carefully handle young plants and position them precisely in stone wool cubes. By automating the transplanting process, growers can achieve higher planting accuracy, faster planting speeds, and overall improved crop uniformity.

𝗡𝗶𝗲𝘂𝘄: 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗺 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗶𝗷𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗮𝗻 𝘃𝗼𝗲𝗱𝘀𝗲𝗹𝘇𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗿𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗱 𝗲𝗻 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝗲𝗻𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗺𝗴𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 NL tuinbouw heeft zich de afgelopen decennia ontwikkeld tot een wereldspeler van formaat als het gaat om technologische oplossingen voor grote maatschappelijke uitdagingen zoals de wereldwijde bevolkingsgroei, klimaatverandering en vraag naar lokale voedselproductie en een groene leefomgeving. Met Controlled Environment Agriculture, waaronder high tech kassen - kan Nederland een unieke bijdrage leveren aan efficiënte en duurzame systemen in Nederland én over de grens. CEA betekent het toepassen van verschillende technische oplossingen, waaronder hightech Nederlandse kassen, om de lekkerste groenten en fruit en mooiste bloemen en planten te telen. In een gecontroleerde omgeving kunnen telers het optimale klimaat voor hun gewassen creëren. Daardoor zijn meer opbrengsten te realiseren op een veel kleinere oppervlakte met een lagere milieu-impact. In ons streven naar klimaatneutraliteit in 2040 en netto-nul emissie van nutriënten en gewasbeschermingsmiddelen tegen 2030 zetten we CEA in om stedelijke gebieden Nederland, Europa en de wereld te voeden, te vergroenen en gezonder te maken. Hiermee levert de tuinbouw met technologie en kennis een bijdrage aan de gezondheid en geluk van mensen. De korte film over CEA, gemaakt in opdracht van Topsector Horticulture & Starting Materials ism AVAG GREENHOUSE TECHNOLOGY CENTER en GreenTech, laat zien hoe CEA in verschillende werelddelen wordt toegepast met Nederlandse technologie.
