The architecture of this new Ruby hotel is being crafted by Studio Klinker, a firm with extensive experience in designing hotels across Europe. FORUMINVEST ACQUIRES BUILDING IN ROTTERDAM FOR NEW HOTEL (RE)DEVELOPMENT We are excited to announce the acquisition of an office building in Rotterdam’s vibrant Glashaven district, which will be transformed into a sustainable 4-star hotel. Spanning approximately 9,000 square meters, this building will be redeveloped to feature over 225 stylish hotel rooms. The ground floor will include a restaurant and a library with workspaces, welcoming both guests and the local community. This project will convert the existing building, currently with an energy label E, into a sustainable hotel with BREEAM Excellent certification. Additionally, we aim to meet the 'Paris Proof' standards for 2045 upon opening, ensuring an optimal balance between costs, CO2 reduction, and enhanced comfort. Zoning plan milestone for Lake Como 5-star luxury hotel of Foruminvest Group   Foruminvest Group has announced that through its consultant ADD Srl, responsible for the technical and administrative procedures, it has received zoning plan approval for its 5-star luxury hotel development.    The hotel site is strategically located in Menaggio on the picturesque western slopes of Lake Como. On a 35,000 sqm plot of land, Foruminvest will develop a contemporary-designed hotel in full harmony with its natural surroundings and the historical context of the site. OPENING • TRIBE MILANO MALPENSA We are very happy and grateful to announce that after a successful completion TRIBE Hotels will make its Italian debut at Milan Malpensa, welcoming its first guests for a memorable overnight stay. With 240 rooms, including 18 family rooms, along with custom-designed furniture, artwork and objects, the hotel will also have a gym and a heated rooftop pool. The central social hub of the Tribe brand will also include a café bar, a Grab & Go corner, freely accessible lounges and co-working spaces.
