Great news to share with the community 🎉 Our abstract on “Satellite-based customer complaints management tool for the potato industry” has been accepted by the scientific committee of the #ESA #EO for Agriculture under Pressure 2024 Workshop as a poster presentation. 🛰️The effective management of customer complaints stands as a crucial aspect within the potato industry's quality control framework. Our solution proposes innovative strategies to streamline and enhance the management of customer complaints coming from potato value adding clients dealing with food quality and security (#Sustainable Development Goal 2). 🥔 Earth Observation (EO) data streams offer real-time and spatial high-resolution insights into environmental factors, crop conditions, yield expectations and potential stressors affecting potato quality while growing.
