I'm very excited to share about our visit earlier in the week to Microsoft with JDE Peets women in Tech! It was our first joint initiative: Her Tech Impact. We had the chance to listen & learn how Microsoft empowers women in technology with the strategies and commitments they have put in place. As well on how they approach and manage their responsibility in the era of AI. The energy and support from everyone involved made this a truly unforgettable experience. This visit has been our highlight so far since we started coming together as JDE Peets women in tech. About an year ago, we have started building an empowering space for women in and around tech – a hub of support, information and inspiration. A community for women by women was created where we have put our focus on capabilities, community, career and culture. Based on these pillars we aspire to partner beyond technology for a positive social impact.   A huge thank you to Ridhima Malhotra and Nazan Sabah Linet for hosting us at Microsoft office, to our phenomenal speakers Charlotte van Beijsterveld and Sonia Nazaretian for sharing their insights and of course our wonderful JDE Peets sponsor Carolyn Tapang. We’re proud of the time and effort our community put into making this event a success. It's all about partnering beyond technology where women support women. 

Ruim een week geleden was het UWV aanwezig in ons Microsoft Innovation Hub Amsterdam. Doel van de sessie was om samen te inventariseren waar onze technologie het UWV kan helpen bij het verder moderniseren van hun ICT. We kunnen zeggen dat het een succesvolle ochtend was waarin UWV ons heeft laten zien welke stappen al zijn gezet en waar wij vanuit Microsoft met technologie en projecten kunnen helpen. De eerste stap is gezet, op naar de invulling van de benoemde workloads en projectaanpak. Na afloop van zo'n succesvolle ochtend hoort de traditionele trap scene. Met dank aan: Niek, Frans-Willem, Patrick, Michiel, Paul, Tjeerd, Rene, Sijbrand, Raymond, Winfried, Pim, Rchard, Mike en Eric van UWV (o.a.Uitkeren).
