Our Culinary Director Francisco Lorenzo and Director of Food & Beverage Manager Mario Loina, had the honor of leading a Seafood and Fish Cooking Masterclass at HRC Culinary Academy Bulgaria in Sofia.   The masterclass introduced students to cutting-edge culinary methods and techniques. Following the workshop, HRC students showcased their newly acquired skills during a spectacular 5-course dinner at Talents, the academy’s training restaurant.
