[APRO SPOTLIGHT 2025: Stronger Together, The Spotlight's on You – NZAPS-O, New Zealand] Dearest Pharmily, Let’s welcome NZAPS-O, New Zealand NZAPS-O, the New Zealand Association of Pharmacy Students Otago, represents the University of Otago's School of Pharmacy locally, nationally, and internationally. Established in 1963, we became New Zealand’s first member of the International Pharmaceutical Students' Federation (IPSF) in 2011. Based in Ōtepoti, Aotearoa New Zealand, we are a student-led organisation bringing Kiwi ingenuity, enthusiasm, and a whānau spirit to every event. Our mission is to support the academic, cultural, social, and political needs of pharmacy students by hosting diverse events, liaising with staff, advocating for student welfare, and representing students to governing pharmacy bodies. Our student exchange programme offers participants the chance to immerse themselves in pharmacy education and culture. Running from March to June or July to October, the programme includes workshops, skills labs, lectures, and social events like the Flat Crawl, Wine and Cheese night, and Pharmacy Ball.
