The LIV has long been a financial incentive for employers who hire employees with a low hourly wage, supporting job creation and income security for lower-income workers. This change means: ⚠️ No more government compensation for employing low-income workers. ⚙️ Employers may need to reassess their workforce strategies and budgets.
