Yesterday Slush 2024 came to an end, and today we’re packing our bags. We feel energised by two full days of making valuable connections and showcasing the innovative solutions with the entrepreneurs from the Dutch delegation. Caspar Toetenel attended Slush on ImpactCity’s behalf. Alongside the approximately 200 participants from the Netherlands, he was impressed: “Slush is unparalleled in facilitating encounters between entrepreneurs and investors, hosting $3 trillion in capital and making it the largest investor and startup event in the world. Impact is a rapidly growing sector that is gaining increasing attention at Slush. There even was a dedicated stage for Impact. This importance was underscored by the President of Finland, business partners from the Nordics, and numerous startups offering solutions in this space.” Nelson T. Ajulo, PhD, founder of Joble added: “Slush is as advertised: the best matchmaking event for startups and VCs”. Igor Konstantinov, head of marketing at Circularise regarded Slush as “a unique opportunity to nurture and deepen our relationships with investors.” Martin Luxemburg, director partnerships at Unknown Group said he was “proud to carry the #ImpactCity flag at Slush.” We thank the organisation for making it another fruitful experience and we are looking forward to come back next year! ELECTRON aerospace's hands-on workshop, where we explored how battery-electric planes are set to transform the way we travel and transport goods.
