💡 🤔 How did Citizen Care Health Solutions fast-track compliance and streamline their entry into the UK healthcare market with Naq? Entering the UK healthcare market is no small task. With its stringent compliance frameworks like NHS DSPT, DTAC, DCB 0129, and Cyber Essentials, navigating the requirements can feel overwhelming - especially for international companies unfamiliar with NHS protocols. Citizen Care Health, a Canada-based digital health company, faced this challenge head-on. The company provides cutting-edge health monitoring solutions to improve chronic disease management, but scaling into the UK required them to meet NHS compliance standards to gain adoption. Initially, Citizen Care Health explored hiring consultants, but the high costs and extended timelines threatened their ability to focus on product development and growth. They needed a cost-effective, efficient solution that wouldn’t derail their expansion plans. That’s where Naq came in. Through its automated compliance platform and expert support team, Citizen Care Health: ✅ Achieved compliance with key frameworks like DSPT, DTAC, and GDPR in record time. ✅ Reduced their compliance costs by over 50% compared to traditional consultancy. ✅ Streamlined their cybersecurity and clinical safety processes using Naq's tools and expert guidance. The platform’s automation features were game-changing, allowing Citizen Care Health to manage risk, generate policies, and provide training effortlessly. Naq’s Clinical Safety Officers also guided them through the complexities of DCB 0129 compliance, ensuring their solution met NHS safety standards. • 💡 How did GeneralPractice.AI streamline compliance and get their product NHS ready? Innovating in healthcare is no easy feat - building a solution, raising funding, selling into the NHS... and then there’s compliance. Founded by Dr Angus Perry, GP AI streamlines GP onboarding and helps clinicians to create personalised treatment plans for chronic diseases, helping patients manage conditions like diabetes and hypertension. As the product grew, so did the stakes. GP AI needed to meet stringent compliance standards, including: 📋 NHS DSPT 📋 DTAC 📋 DCB0129 📋 Cyber Essentials 📋 GDPR Without these certifications, health boards and practice managers would be reluctant - and unable - to adopt the platform. Dr. Perry initially explored hiring consultants to guide him through the compliance process, but the quotes, starting at £20,000, were prohibitive for a small startup. Compliance threatened to become a costly, time-consuming roadblock to selling his solution into the NHS. Through peers in the NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme, Dr. Perry discovered Naq. The platform offered exactly what he needed: an affordable, user-friendly way to navigate complex regulatory requirements without compromising his focus on innovation. With Naq, Dr. Perry: ✅ Streamlined compliance through Naq's automated platform. ✅ Completed key milestones in GDPR, CE, DSPT and DTAC in just 3 months. ✅ Saved £10,000+ in compliance costs. ✅ Is maintaining continuous compliance, ensuring his product is developed in line with NHS requirements. "Naq demystifies the whole compliance process," Angus explained. "It breaks down what could be a really overwhelming task into manageable steps. The platform is intuitive, and the auto-document generation is a game-changer." This is the power of smart compliance: enabling healthcare innovators to focus on what truly matters - delivering life-changing solutions. 📖 Read Dr. Angus Perry's and GP AI's full journey here 👇 https://bit.ly/414TA9b #digitalhealth #nhs #healthinnovation #healthtech #compliance
