"When worlds meet, growth follows." PLNT laat startups ontstaan en groeien. We spelen een sleutelrol in een groeiend regionaal ecosysteem van innovatief ondernemerschap. Binnen dit systeem draagt PLNT eraan bij dat de Leidse regio aantrekkelijk is voor innovatieve startups. PLNT is dé plek in de Leidse regio waar ambities elkaar vinden en versterken. Omdat wij geloven in de kracht van ideeën, bieden wij een plek waar uiteenlopende ideeën, mensen en uitdagingen elkaar ontmoeten. Die ontmoetingen leiden tot groei. Wij brengen de werelden van innovatie en ondernemerschap letterlijk en figuurlijk bij elkaar. Enerzijds ondernemerschap, het leren door te doen. Ondernemers durven risico te nemen, te investeren en te anticiperen op kansen in de markt. Anderzijds de wereld van innovators - van vernieuwers; een kennisintensieve zoektocht naar vooruitgang. Je zou kunnen zeggen: het leren door te onderzoeken. Wanneer deze werelden elkaar ontmoeten, volgt groei vanzelf. PLNT stimuleert, faciliteert en ondersteunt talent om innovatief ondernemer te worden. Die eigenschappen en kerncompetenties; de specifieke onderscheidende krachten van beide groepen, zijn geworteld in twee verschillende achtergronden en culturen. Maar er is één alles overkoepelend doel: het streven naar vernieuwing en onafhankelijkheid. Beide worden gedreven door een intrinsiek verlangen om het verschil te maken in de wereld van morgen. Bij PLNT komen ze samen.
