Looking back on our experience at #EQTC! The European Quantum Technologies Conference 2024 provided an excellent platform for discussions on advancing Europe’s quantum industry. From the many impactful sessions on EU policy initiatives and strategic efforts to advance quantum technologies, it’s clear that collaboration is driving the field forward. We were proud to see Delft’s strong presence at the event, with key contributions from Qblox, Delft Circuits, Quantum Delta NL, Single Quantum, TNO, QuTech, and the House of Quantum. It was exciting to engage with our ecosystem partners while also connecting with new players showing increasing interest in quantum technologies. A highlight was the discussion on standardising benchmarks for measuring quantum computing progress - a critical step toward aligning the industry and fostering transparency as the field scales. Looking back at 📍NQFF Singapore! Attending the #NQFF Industry Day: Superconducting Circuits reinforced our commitment to advancing quantum technology on a global scale. It was clear that Singapore’s interest in superconducting qubits is growing, with discussions focused on the practical steps needed for wider adoption. After his talk on the increasing demand for reliable and scalable fabrication processes of superconducting quantum circuits, Dr. Thijs Stavenga received several thoughtful questions from attendees which sparked conversations on the current approaches to developing, scaling, and optimising superconducting qubit systems within Singapore’s quantum ecosystem. This engagement highlighted the resonance of our Open Architecture model within the quantum community. Many thanks to the organisers for hosting this delightful and insightful event!
