The Cohesion Community makes a large donation to the MIND foundation for mental health During the holidays, The Cohesion Community, consisting of tenants of our co-living concept, reflected on the important issue of mental health. Through various activities and a special campaign, ‘Together to strong mental health’, we not only created awareness, but also raised a wonderful amount for foundation MIND.   Thanks to the commitment and generosity of our community, and the doubling of the amount raised by The Cohesion, we were able to make a donation of €8,619 to the MIND foundation. This partnership, now for over three years, highlights the importance of community and support in promoting mental health.   ‘At The Cohesion, housing is about more than just a roof over your head. Every day, our community managers build connections that strengthen mental health and social interaction. Rockfield partners with Ardian on Pan-European Student Accommodation Strategy Rockfield Real Estate has entered into a strategic partnership with Ardian to invest in Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) across key European markets, supported by a €500 million equity commitment from CBRE Investment Management. Europe is a growing global education hub, with student numbers expected to rise by 10% by 2031. In many markets, there is a significant shortage of quality student housing, and this strategy aims to address that imbalance in leading education hubs across Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Germany, and France.
