5 YEARS OF GLUE Today the 5th edition of GLUE amsterdam connected by design has started. A four-day event where you can visit design studios, showrooms and special locations throughout the city and where very diverse designers show their work. Congratulations to the amazing team of GLUE who organize this event! I am proud that as a Founding Partner I have been able to contribute to this inspiring event from the start. Not only does it give visitors an insight into all the creativity within the city, it also offers an accessible platform to young designers and above all it creates connection. I would also like to congratulate the Creative Citizens of Honour Pien Rademakers, Mia Karlova and Marcel Wanders on their award and thank them for their contribution to supporting new talent. The award is a special version of the Vaax that I designed for Goods and made by Royal Goedewaagen and with its striking shape it stands for connection. I hope that many people will take the time to visit the different locations during GLUE in the coming days and to talk to all the creatives about their inspiration and work.
