Last night, the municipality presented our SILO project to the residents of Deventer. Around 750 people attended the event at the local Schouwburg to learn about the proposals for the future of Deventer Centrum&Schil. Last week the US-Dutch delegation joining the Pioneering Circular and Smart Cities Together program came to visit Schoonschip and De Ceuvel. 

Excited to share that SILO is the winning concept for the Havenkwartier in Deventer. Inspired by the industrial silo's in the area, SILO will become a new landmark in Deventer’s harbor. This mixed-use building will feature approximately 23 apartments above a lively public ground floor. SILO’s flexible design ensures it stands the test of time, adapting to future needs. With a biobased open grid structure, reused steel, and locally sourced materials, it sets a new standard for adaptive and circular architecture. The first phase of 80 homes in Beekkwartier is nearing completion Beekkwartier is part of a new district, Stadsoevers, in Roosendaal. This area is being transformed from an industrial zone into an inviting and inspiring neighbourhood with 112 homes. Last week the second phase of 32 homes started construction.
