#Stellantis organizational announcement The process to appoint the new permanent CEO is well under way, managed by a Special Committee of the Board, and will be concluded within the first half of 2025. #Stellantis announces that the Company’s Board of Directors, under the Chairmanship of John Elkann, accepted Carlos Tavares’ resignation today from his role as Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect. The process to appoint the new permanent Chief Executive Officer is well under way, managed by a Special Committee of the Board, and will be concluded within the first half of 2025. Until then, a new Interim Executive Committee, chaired by John Elkann, will be established. Stellantis confirms the guidance it presented to the financial community on October 31, 2024, in respect of its full year 2024 results.

Good news from the #LosMejores2024 awards in Madrid, organised by leading Spanish automotive magazine Motor 16 and online media group Merca2.es. #StellantisProOne was recognised 🏆 for its 2024 leadership of the commercial vehicles (CV) market in Spain. Judges were impressed by the launch of 12 new models during the year, the electrification of its entire range and the introduction of innovations that have transformed both driving experience and operational efficiency. In the first ten months of the year, #ProOne has strengthened its leadership of the Spanish CV market with almost 50 000 registrations, 21% more than in the same period last year, and a 36% market share.
