Your honey has been delivered! Hundred (100!) jars of honey of our very own beehive have been delivered to The Garage. Can you image, so much honey produced by buzzing bees on our roof terrace? Of course, we did not take all the honey, and left enough honey for the bees - as they are now busy preparing for winter. Did you know that in the Netherlands, bees need 12 to 14 kilos honey to get them through the winter? They are working very hard right now to make themselves winter ready. How do you keep yourself warm and buzzing? 🐝

It's a wrap! Our last #NextGenofSports sesh was another big succes. You're looking at the winners of a very fanatical game of Flag Football: Bookit (day winner) and Stichting Kinderen Kankervrij (KiKa) (overall winner). This was the last sporting event of the year. We want to thank you all for joining, we hope you had a blast (and that we've inspired you to try out different sports). Sweaty greetings!

The hive to honey jar workshop was a great succes 🐝 This was so much fun! A very enthusiastic group participated in our workshop from hive to honey jar. They really got stuck into the activity, asked lots of questions and generally getting a bit sticky 🍯 There will be more opportunities around the beehive, so keep an eye on the socials.

Buzzzzzing results of our little powerhouse 🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝 The thousands of bees in the beehive on the roof terrace have done a great job. The beautiful frames are filled with honey and - spoiler ahead - the honey is exceptionally tasty 🍯 (it's one of the perks of the job, tasting beforehand) The frames are now on their way to the extraction room, after which the jars of honey are filled and labelled. The beehive is a pilot by Colliers and Bouwinvest and we will tell you all about it at the next tenant meeting on 3 September (invites have been send). Want to learn more about bees?
