Sets the standard in square silos. Store smart, store square.

Over ons

A world that is increasing by 225,000 people a day requires us to do more with less. Moreover, the demand for more will only increase. At TSC we ask ourselves every day: how can we achieve more with less? We have been manufacturing square steel silos for 20 years, day in day out. We help all our customers with customized solutions for the process storage of bulk goods in various industries all over the world. In everything that we do we combine the highest technical quality standards with a committed, smart, yet down-to-earth approach. Asking the crucial question over and over again. This produces guaranteed, proven solutions; we offer more for less. Why square? The square or rectangular silo concept is characterized by an optimum storage capacity (+25% on the same ground surface) and flexible layout options. A clever, tailor-made design produces the best possible product discharge with maximum storage capacity. The modular construction offers you the possibility to make a seamless connection with the rest of your process. Also you can combine differently sized bins within one silo block. With a TSC silo you are investing in a safe, hygienic working environment. Our organisation is 100% focused on the square silo concept, from sale and design to production and installation. We are able to handle projects from A to Z: from the steel support structure to the insulating cladding and from functional design up to and including fitting. #squaresilo #feedmill #flourmill #coffee #brewery #tailormade #lessismore

𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙤𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙜: 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐎𝐋𝐓 ⚡ It is with great pleasure that we unveil our now-patented BOLT hopper, a safer and time-saving advancement in square silo constructions! This unique design seamlessly integrates the hopper with the structural column, securely bolted together 𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝘆, all while maintaining the structural and bespoke advantages of the square silo system. No need to weld on-site comes with a lot of advantages: - Cuts installation time. - Increases safety. - Preserves paint integrity inside the bin, as there are no weld spats. - No heat-affected zones in the steel. - No hot work permits are needed. - Allows factory production to continue during construction, as weld fumes are a thing of the past. The BOLT is designed specifically while listening to customers in the Coffee industry, but its added value is certainly not limited to coffee beans. Nonetheless, it will be no surprise that this system has already been successfully commissioned for world-renowned Coffee Roasters in Spain, Switzerland, Germany, and France. Great innovative work by our engineers and another testimony to the possibilities of our square silo system! #squaresilos #BOLT #processinnovation #coffee #coffeeroasters

  • Square silo storage extension for the German Raiffeisen Waren-Zentrale Rhein-Main AG (RWZ) in Meckenheim ✅ The building structure, including the stairway and machine tower, is done, and the cladding is now in the process of being installed. These four bins will soon not be visible from the outside anymore, then contributing well over 700 m3 of process storage capacity for this seed processing plant. A very nice project that we look back on with pride. Above all, we are happy and grateful for the kind words from the client about the work delivered: "Das Team TSC hat in Meckenheim einen sehr guten Job gemacht." 👏 #squaresilos #steelstructures #seedprocessing #seedstorage #grainstorage

  • The Slovenian Perutnina Ptuj Group is completely overhauling one of its feed mills in its hometown Ptuj. We are tasked with designing, supplying, and installing the new, stand-alone bulk truck loading station, and the installation is well underway. The double-lane facility will, in the end, consist of a total of 28 square silo bins, all 100 m3 in capacity. #steelstructures #squaresilos #animalfeed #truckloading #storage

Good progress is being made at the HQ and primary mill of Meyerhans-Mühlen AG, on the installation of an additional truck-loading street for wheat bran and flour, including a machine tower. That, in itself, is noteworthy enough, but at the heart of this extension project lies sound (structural) engineering, which also deserves some extra attention. The limited footprint of this extension, combined with an impressive 29 meters in height, makes for a tall and slender building. This comes with various challenges that were easier to overcome by connecting the extension to the existing mill building. As explained by our Structural Engineering Lead Dennis Bossink: "The adjacent building is large, wide, and particularly rigid due to its concrete walls and ceilings. The silo construction, as designed, was tall and slender, on the other hand, in such a way that it would exhibit significant deformations. With a height of 29 meters, an allowable deformation of H/300 applies. These deformation differences would need to be compensated for at various levels: through expansion joints in the roof and wall cladding, for example. Furthermore, a tall and slender stand-alone construction would have a much greater impact on the foundation and steel supports. The tensile and compressive forces on the foundation walls and anchors would be considerably larger, leading to thicker walls and heavier steel supports. This would be significantly more expensive and less practical for its daily usage. By connecting it to the rigid mill building, a lot of the forces in play can be absorbed by this building. The result is simply a lighter structure, still meeting all applicable norms and standards, of course." So, the decision to go with a slender, coupled construction does make the assembly somewhat more complex. However, this solution offers clear advantages that outweigh the added installation complexity, significantly reducing the resources required for this project. • Big, bold, and... Blue! 💙 Our latest commissioned square silo project is meant to stand out. And for good reason. Our customer, a leading Swiss manufacturer of systems for energy-efficient building envelopes, developed a unique recycling concept for all kinds of Polystyrene materials. This allows construction waste to be recycled and reused to produce new insulation materials, contributing to a closed material cycle. Our silos will store the raw materials for these building materials, making them true blue, blending, and buffer bins. Also, a 'Well done!' to the guys on-site for completing the installation despite the minimal space available! 👏 #recycling #buildingmaterials #innovation #steelstructures #squaresilos
