Do you know what one of the most overlooked engagement and activity boosters for a customer community is? ⬇️ Centralizing other customer facing modules (e.g knowledge base, feedback & ideation boards) inside your customer community. Either: 1️⃣ Host your customer facing modules in the same environment as your community through native functionality from the community platform provider. 2️⃣ Integrate your existing tech stack for each customer-facing module with your community platform and showcase the modules inside your community (only the data or with a full iframe embed). 3️⃣ Redirect and link to each individual module with a button inside your community. Create a button for each module and when clicked, redirect to that module in its original location and environment.
