    Do you know what one of the most overlooked engagement and activity boosters for a customer community is? ⬇️ Centralizing other customer facing modules (e.g knowledge base, feedback & ideation boards) inside your customer community. Either: 1️⃣ Host your customer facing modules in the same environment as your community through native functionality from the community platform provider. 2️⃣ Integrate your existing tech stack for each customer-facing module with your community platform and showcase the modules inside your community (only the data or with a full iframe embed). 3️⃣ Redirect and link to each individual module with a button inside your community. Create a button for each module and when clicked, redirect to that module in its original location and environment.     🚨 New feature release alert!!! 🚨 Community content translation: Let your community members translate your community and its content into their preferred language. You can now also let your members create posts and comments in their preferred language and it will automatically translate them for your other members. There is no data out there yet on how much content translation can affect community engagement and activity. We will be closely monitoring this over the next few months. Stay tuned for our findings 👀

Let customers view and use all the modules of your community environment, inside your SaaS application. Your customers want to be active and participate in your community most when they are using your product in real time or when they have just used it. Lowering the barrier to entry as much as possible in these scenarios is key to driving community engagement. You can now install your in-app community widget by going inside your Turf admin dashboard -> click 'settings' -> click 'in-app widget' -> copy the code snippet -> paste it before the </body> tag in your application or website. No fancy integrations with your application needed! 😎😎
