How can you make this initial touchpoint not just good, but great? 🤔 Here’s our formula 🧪: 📝 Simplicity + 🔍 Clarity + 🤝 A Promise of Understanding = 🚀 Effective Application Form To be specific: 📝 Simplicity - Design your forms to be easy to navigate. This means straightforward questions that don’t require a dictionary and a process that respects the applicant’s time. The simpler the form, the more complete and thoughtful the submissions. 🔍 Clarity - Each question should serve a purpose. Ensure that what you ask directly helps you to evaluate potential fit into your ecosystem. For the complex sections, offer guidelines and examples to ensure that all applicants understand what is expected of them and reduce the number of queries and incomplete applications. 🤝 A Promise of understanding - Commit to reviewing every application thoroughly. This means designing forms that allow you to really understand the foundations of each startup - its vision, team, and the problem it solves. In crafting your questions, focus on what truly matters.
