2024 has been a special year for Føn!   This year has been a breakthrough year for Føn in many ways and we have crossed of several strategic milestones:   ✓ Increased revenue by 61% from 2023 ✓ Surpassed 100 employees by welcoming more than 25 new colleagues to our team ✓ Expanded our operations to the Netherlands and the UK ✓ Successfully integrated C-Ventus into the Føn Group ✓ Secured one of the largest O&M contracts of its kind in the European offshore wind market this year with OW Ocean Winds on Moray ✓ Strengthened industrial support through DISA International joining as a shareholder in Føn, alongside Akastor ASA and IKM Gruppen ✓ Launched EPCI service offering, securing tier-1 customers such as Aker Solutions, Aibel, and Subsea7 from day one. ✓ Strengthened ties with Aker BP ASA through both greenfield and brownfield services while expanding our portfolio with new customers like Vår Energi and Equinor Thank you to everyone we have crossed paths this year - customers, partners and suppliers. OW Ocean Winds selects Føn Energy Services for Moray O&M works!   Ocean Winds has appointed Føn Energy Services to provide a fully integrated Balance of Plant (BoP) operations and maintenance (O&M) service program for the Moray West and Moray East offshore wind farms in Scotland. The contract serves as a proof of concept for Føn’s business model and overall value proposition; that there is a growing demand for an end-to-end service provider that can offset risk and industrialize delivery. Celebrating offshore wind and Scottish supply chain! We had a blast at The Scottish Green Energy Awards in Edinburgh last night night. The event hosted all the biggest developers and supply chain companies in the Scottish offshore wind market and created an excellent oppurtunity to dicuss current and long term oppurtuntites. We are more confident than ever that Scotland, and the UK in general, is the place to be over the next years and we are investing accordingly. Most companies spend 80% of cleaning data and just 20% utilizing it! Føn collects vast amount of data when we deliver offshore services around the European market. The power in this data is undisputed but it can be hard to find cost-effective ways to utilize it. Continuing to strengthen our project management team! We’re thrilled to announce the most recent expansion of our project management department; Alexandre Teixeira. Alexandre brings over two decades of experience in complex project management and technology leadership. Most recently, he served as Chief Technology Officer at TKS Agri, where he developed state-of-the-art robotic solutions. He has also picked up solid experience leading large projects at Zaptec, Emerson, NOV and REC, covering a diverse range of industries from renewable energy to advanced subsea technology. As a Senior Project Manager in Føn, Alexandre will be an integral part of our project management team, driving our strategic focus on advancing operational capabilities. His expertise will help us deliver high-quality and cost-effective projects to our customer across the board and make sure that they continue to see Føn as a leading integrated services provider to the offshore industry.
