✨ It is finally official! ✨ I've had the pleasure of leading the technical due diligence for NTE for Kvitfjell/Raudfjell, and yesterday they announced their buy. ❓What is a technical DD, you ask? ⭐It is an examination of the technical aspects of a wind farm, including roads, foundations, turbines, and permits. At Norconsult, we have conducted a technical due diligence of Svåheia wind farm, on behalf of our client Cloudberry Clean Energy. We are excited that the deal is closed and that Cloudberry has acquired Svåheia as part of a larger transaction. For Norconsult, this was a multi-disciplinary project, involving colleagues from mechanical, electrical, construction and foundations, roads, environmental and concessions, and energy production estimation. Great collaboration and agile team members meant we could include a site visit to the wind farm despite a hectic timeline. Well done team, and well done Cloudberry Clean Energy!
