Highlights from Q4 2024 Presentation: 📍 New harvest record with total harvest of 1,729 tonnes HOG including post smolt. 📍 Farming EBITDA of 9 NOK/kg, Group EBITDA of 9.3 NOKm and Farming EBITDA of 15.3 NOKm. 📍 Solid price achievement – strategy of backloading harvest in second half of 2024 paying off. 📍 Standing biomass end Q4 at ~2,000 tonnes LW. Stable operations supporting continued positive growth trend at Indre Harøy, with biomass growth of 1,518 tonnes LW in the quarter. 📍 Indre Harøy phase 2 construction well underway – on track for first smolt release in Q1-26 as planned. 📍 Strong financial position with 684 NOKm in available liquidity including committed undrawn credit facilities. Additionally, the Company has 1,450 NOKm in earmarked construction financing.  

Next week, the first-ever smoked salmon consumer pack from a land-based facility will be launched in Norwegian retail 🇳🇴 This product will be introduced under the premium brand Lofoten and made available at MENY Norge and selected SPAR locations through NorgesGruppen. Their commitment to providing consumers with high-quality, sustainable seafood has played an important role in bringing this product to market. Operational Update Q4 2024   We are proud to share our Q4 2024 summary, highlighting a year of milestones:   ✅ Harvest volume: 1,729 tonnes HOG, including 105 tonnes LW post smolt, bringing our full-year harvest to 4,891 tonnes HOG ✅ All-in price realization: NOK ~82/kg ✅ Average harvest weight: ~3.8 kg HOG, up 15% from Q3, with 95% superior grade quality ✅ Biomass production: 1,518 tonnes LW, second highest on record, with standing biomass of 2,023 tonnes LW at year-end   We are heading into 2025 with great momentum, and look forward to reach new milestones this year 🚀

Merry Christmas from the Salmon Evolution Team 🎄 As 2024 ends, we at Salmon Evolution reflect on a year filled with achievements and growth. From reaching profitability in the first half of the year to preparing for the launch of Phase Two, this year has been a testament to the dedication of our team and the growing demand for sustainable seafood. This year Salmon Evolution has cemented its position as the global market leader within the land-based salmon farming industry with an estimated market share of approximately 30% in terms of harvest volume. We are constantly striving for operational excellence and have made strong progress in optimizing our operations, resulting in stable performance and excellent biological results – a testament to the dedication and hard work of our team and suppliers. A key highlight was breaking ground on Phase 2 at Indre Harøy, which will increase production to 18,000 tons annually and enable weekly harvests, strengthening our market position and reducing operating costs. We also partnered with the Salvation Army to support our local community, aligning with our values of making a positive impact. Thank you for your support in 2024 🧡🖤 We look forward to new opportunities in 2025 🚀

I dag hadde vi gleden av å ta imot 9. klasse fra Bud barne- og ungdomsskole her på Indre Harøy! Dette var det første av fire besøk, hvor vi har invitert alle ungdomsskolene i Hustadvika kommune. Det er alltid inspirerende å kunne vise frem hvordan vi jobber med å utvikle bærekraftig og innovativ akvakultur. Vi håper besøket ga innsikt, nysgjerrighet og kanskje litt inspirasjon til fremtidige karrierevalg! Tusen takk for besøket👏

🌟 Going into the weekend with a new harvest record! 🌟   Yesterday, we reached a new milestone together with our partner Vikenco AS harvesting a full tank in a single day—273 tons HOG of sustainable and top-quality salmon!   This achievement wouldn’t have been possible without Vikenco’s brand-new slaughterhouse, which offers a unique flexibility and capacity. The state-of-the-art facility is a game-changer, making high-volume harvests like this a reality. 🚀   A huge thank you to the teams at both Salmon Evolution and Vikenco AS for their dedication and hard work 💫
