Sensilist allows food producers to perform tests on-site without the need for advanced equipment or personnel with high-level lab expertise. This innovative solution provides a more accessible and sensitive method, enabling producers to measure small amounts of Listeria and better assess food safety risks, ultimately reducing food waste. Great to see strong interest for Sensilist AS at Sea Food Expo Global in Barcelona, launching their new and more sensitive method for Listeria detection, to the global marketplace! Kjeller Innovasjon AS is a proud co-owner of this company with Aquatiq and the science behind comes from Veterinærinstituttet and the commecial development has been co-funded by Norges forskningsråd Innovasjon Norge. Today the board FIN - Foreningen for innovasjonsselskaper i Norge visited the stand and gained insight into this innovative solution to a challenge for the global food industry.
