We are pleased to announce that ST will be designing a new IMR vessel for REM Offshore, which will be built at Myklebust Verft. ST has a longstanding and strong relationship also with DeepOcean, and this marks the eight ST-design vessel chartered by the company. The first vessel, Edda Fonn, was actually built and delivered by Myklebust Verft in 2003. We are proud to announce that Skipsteknisk will be designing two new Offshore Energy Support Vessels for SEA1 Offshore. This is a new version of the ST-245 design from Skipsteknisk, developed to the meet the specifications set by the market and by SEA1 Offshore. The vessels will be 120 meters in length, featuring a spacious open deck of 1,400 m² and accommodation for up to 120 people. They will be equipped with a 250-ton subsea crane and two integrated WROV hangars with side-launch capability. The designs are also prepared for the future installation of an offshore gangway, making them suitable for offshore wind operations. The ST-245 designs will be equipped with modern technology to reduce emissions and maximize operational efficiency. They are methanol-ready, and the generators can operate on 100% biofuel, offering a flexibility that customers will appreciate The ST-245 will mainly be used for: * Commissioning and recycling work * Support for the energy industry * Subsea operations The vessels will be built at COSCO Shipping (Qidong) Offshore, with delivery scheduled for 2027 .

Congratulations Baffin Fisheries, Canada; Tersan Shipyard, Turkey; and Skipsteknisk, Norway on the delivery of the 80-metre fishing trawler, Inuksuk II, at the Tersan Shipyard in Turkey. The state-of-the-art stern trawler, Skipsteknisk design ST-119, becomes the largest Canadian owned fishing vessel, and will soon begin operations in the Eastern Arctic, harvesting shrimp and Greenland halibut.
