Vår Energi Capital Markets Update 2025

Vår Energi delivering growth, value and increased dividends. After strong results in 2024, we face a transformational 2025 with production set to grow above 400 kboepd in Q4. At today’s Capital Markets Update, we present our plan to organically sustain 350-400 kboepd towards 2030 by capturing the value upside in our high-quality assets with a net resource potential of over 3 billion barrels. ✅ We are stepping up the pace, moving >25 early-phase projects forward faster, accelerating infill drilling, increasing exploration activity, while becoming carbon neutral in our operational emissions by the end of this decade. ✅ We are delivering significant value creation through reduced costs, a flexible investments program and incremental improvements. This provides resilience in a volatile business environment, strong cash flow generation and strengthens our long-term shareholder distribution capacity as reflected in a raised dividend policy to 25 to 30% of CFFO after tax. Speed it up! We are teaming up with OneSubsea for the delivery of Subsea Production Systems (SPS) to reduce project development time.  We have a high value early phase portfolio of more than 20 projects, with a target of developing projects from discovery to production in less than four years. 👉 The agreement with OneSubsea gives us the ability to shorten subsea tie-back development time by up to one year. 👍 🏆   Efficient measures to shorten the lead time and control the supply chain for key equipment are important to reach these goals and will support our plan to sustain production at 350-400 thousand barrels of oil equivalent per day towards 2030. Teaming up with the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) to participate in the course Experts in Teamwork (EiT) where students are challenged on current issues from society and business life. 👩🎓 🏆 EiT brings together students from physics, geology, subsurface, and petroleum subjects at NTNU. In addition to problem-solving, the goal is to increase each student's collaboration skills. Our daily tasks and challenges are becoming increasingly complex, and future employees must be able to collaborate across disciplines and functions to a much greater extent.
