Your Mission:

As a Project Manager, you will guide clients through the rollout of cultural change programs, from creating high-level program descriptions to integrating our culture tools into their daily operations. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth implementation of our digital tools and metrics. As part of SAYFR’s Customer Success Team, you’ll drive growth, support customer success, and strengthen relationships through effective project management.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• Lead Projects: Manage projects from handover to completion, including digital tool setup, technical implementation, internal processes, and budget control. Ensure smooth execution and build strong client relationships for impactful results.
• Drive Growth: Lead strategic onboarding, product adoption, and relationship building to guide clients toward cultural change. Focus on retention by addressing client needs and expanding their use of SAYFR’s solutions.
• Collaborate for Success: Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver exceptional project outcomes, maintaining clear communication and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Shape the Future: Contribute to the continuous improvement of SAYFR’s processes, products, and services, driving innovation and scalable solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

• Proven track record in managing complex, multi-discipline projects with a customer-centric approach, especially in rolling out digital tools and tech-platforms.
• Knowledge of cultural programs or team-building programs, seeing potential for scalability. Experience with the maritime or safety sector is a plus.
• Strong interest or experience in organizational culture and/or safety culture—understanding how culture impacts organizations is key.

Skills:

• Experience managing projects independently, especially with leadership teams in large companies, ensuring deadlines are met and challenges are resolved swiftly.
• Strong technical understanding, with the ability to set up and oversee the implementation of digital tools for clients.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, showing flexibility and adaptability when new challenges arise. You have a structured and organized approach
• Strong social and communication skills, with the ability to advise senior leaders and drive progress on your own.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English (written and verbal).
