🎉 This weekend marked a significant milestone for us! 🎉 We've completed the upgrade of our PCI 3.x fleet of terminals, a journey that spanned the last 18 months. During this time, we've ensured that our merchants were upgraded at no cost, demonstrating our commitment to compliance as a core part of the service we offer. As we begin the process of decommissioning hundreds of terminals, we bid farewell to the dependable workhorses of our fleet, the Ingenico ICT250 and the VeriFone Vx520. These terminals have served us and our merchants faithfully for nearly a decade. A big thank you to our partners at Skyzer NZ and Verifone for their unwavering support throughout these years.

Time is running out! New Zealand is in the last month to replace PCI 3.x EFTPOS terminals. If you haven't upgraded, haven't been contacted by your provider, or are considering a new provider, now's the time to act. Starting Monday, 1 July, banks will begin disconnecting merchants using PCI 3.x EFTPOS hardware. Don't get caught without EFTPOS first thing on a Monday morning and have to wait weeks for stock of new terminals to be available.
