Practical Completion was achieved 31 October 2024, some 12 weeks ahead of the contract programme to a delighted Property For Industry Limited (PFI). Fisher & Paykel Appliances moved into their new distribution centre the next day following PC and commenced a significant logistical move from their existing warehouse – 100 truck movements per day using 14 loading docks, months in the planning. The majority of their move is now complete and they are now operating from this new state-of-the-art facility.   Congratulations to the project team, design team and our sub contractors building this 25,500m2 warehouse, with a build and integrated fitout value topping $72M. Greenstar 5 Star design assessment has also been awarded ahead of PC, with build submission to follow. This recently completed project for Property For Industry Limited (PFI) required the redevelopment of a brownfield property to construct two large new warehouses. The build platform for this first of the warehouses – at 7,800m2 includes an integrated 2,000m2 freezer, plus a 700m2 two-storey office, is the smaller of the pair and has been awarded 5 Green Star status. Exciting progress at Cardinal Logistics Drury....

PFI and Haydn & Rollett wish to give heartfelt thanks to all of those in our community who sponsored our team for The Longest Day event this year.   Yesterday morning, 10 team members from across the two companies met at dawn at Waitemata Golf Course to embark on 4 consecutive rounds of golf in just one day, to raise funds for Cancer Society of New Zealand. It was a warm and humid day and the team played for almost 15 hours straight. Although tiring, a lot of fun was had by all, and we loved getting together to support this amazing cause.    We are overwhelmed to report that this event raised $43,318.00 to go towards cancer research, prevention and support services for people who need it the most.
