We help hospitality businesses of all shapes and sizes maximize their potential through design. - Food Service / Operational Design Making sure there is sufficient storage, workspace and appropriate hygiene facilities can make or brake the success of a venue. We take a data driven approach that results in a design that is both functional and fit for purpose. - Equipment nominations Cheaper isn't always the best choice. Total cost of ownership needs to be considered when purchasing equipment. Running costs, ease of maintenance, availability of service engineers and spare parts all form part of our decision making. Our focus is making sure you have the most appropriate equipment for your venue and needs. - Installation details (services plans and elevations) A well documented set of drawings help to control the install costs and prevent trades from issuing PC sums due to insufficient information. By focusing on the details our documentation reduces variations, delays and re-works. - Stainless Steel Fabrication Drawings When purchasing custom stainless items, there isn't room for reworks. Our plans show all the required fabrication details so that there is a clear intent for the item required. - Building Consent Documentation and Lodgment The consent process is the way councils control standards. Our drawings form the basis for all the approval stages and checks conducted at council. We curate and consolidate all aspects of the consent from Design to approval.

MOFFAT FACTORY TOUR – INDUCTION COOKING AND SUSTAINABILITY We had a great time over the last few days visiting Moffat's head office and production facility in Christchurch. A huge thank you to Stuart Murray (CFSP), Ben Corlett, Richard Neale for hosting us and for providing such a comprehensive tour and training sessions. It’s great to see a New Zealand-based company setting industry standards, from the technology developed in their equipment to their innovations in production and packaging. Looking forward to seeing what’s next!

This is the 5th venue we’ve worked on with this client, but it’s his first time operating in a kiosk. The design and operational layout is significantly different from his other cafés, requiring a new approach to production and service. Situated at the main entrance of Auckland University’s brand-new state-of-the-art sports and recreation hub, Ora Café serves a wide selection of drinks, pastries, sandwiches, and poke bowls. Today marked Ora's first day of trading, and it was also our first look at the final design and fit-out by Retail Dimension. It’s a fantastic addition to the building and one that’s sure to be a hit with staff, students, and visitors.

(Food & Beverage Group Winner, Signage & Graphics, Visual Merchandising) We had a fantastic Friday night at the Retail Interiors Association awards - celebrating alongside clients, contractors and industry colleagues. Farro did incredibly well - being acknowledged with 3 awards. It’s always a hard feat with grocery spaces; budgets are tight, merchandising intensive - and we are trying to elevate experiences with very fine parameters. We couldn’t be prouder for the team and our client, particularly with the partnership stretching back nearly 20 years!
