About us
Kindrik Partners is a boutique corporate and commercial law firm for tech companies and investors. Our company clients include ICT, software, web, medical devices, life sciences, and electronics businesses. We act for several large investors, and have good relationships with the other main investors in the sector. Our goal is to help our clients: • grow their businesses in New Zealand and internationally • maximise value in capital raising and liquidity events Our senior lawyers have all worked overseas and have been involved in many international technology transactions, including IPOs and mergers and acquisitions. We use our experience to help New Zealand companies do business offshore, with their “end game” in mind.
