  • The Sto Team recently came together for our end-of-year Xmas function 🎄 ✨ We all enjoyed a fun-filled day at Boomrock on Wellington's west coast. It began with a burst of energy and a few rounds of clay pigeon shooting, followed by a delicious team lunch, and later celebrated with drinks and an early Xmas dinner at everyone's favourite spot, El Matador. A great team-building event to positively cap the year and a fantastic day out ✨👍

  • A blend of history and modern living, The Vines at Bethlehem Club House in Tauranga is the heart of the new retirement village, reimagined from the iconic Mills Reef Winery 🍷✨ The refurbishment of the main building involved a re-clad in StoStucco, a render system over a stainless steel lath. The pool building features a StoTherm masonry external wall insulation system, while various block-work sections include the application of a StoArmat refurbishment render system, all finished in a fine white Stolit K 1mm texture and StoColor Maxicryl coating 👷 This revitalisation project brings new life to the space while preserving the winery’s heritage—the perfect space to relax and be enjoyed by its residents ✨✨ The Vines at Bethlehem Clubhouse & Retirement Village Developer: Classic Group Architect: Assemble Construction: CBC Construction Sto Contractor: Europlast Systems #architecture #agedcare #exterior #refurbishment #sto

  • The Sir Howard Morrison Centre is a performing arts hub in the heart of Rotorua. The Spanish-style heritage building (circa 1938) was closed in 2017 for earthquake strengthening and heritage refurbishment work. Following meticulous planning and reconstruction, the building officially reopened in 2023, once again standing as an aspirational venue for the local Rotorua community and New Zealand's performing arts ✨ ✨ A StoArmat Refurbishment Render System was specified and applied by Holmac NZ Ltd to restore the exterior facade and interior areas, which was finished in Stolit MP texture. The detailing and craftsmanship matched to emulate the original Spanish-style plasterwork 💛 Sir Howard Morrison Centre, Rotorua Architect: Shand Shelton, First Light Studio  Construction: Hawkins Construction Sto Contractor: Holmac NZ Ltd #team #heritage #refurbishment #architecture #sto #exterior #interior

  • Wai Ariki, meaning chiefly waters, is a luxury wellness centre in Rotorua emphasising a deep connection with the land and its people. It is the most significant spa developed in Aotearoa in over 100 years. Designed by Pukeroa Oruawhata Group and RCG Architecture, Wai Ariki sits prominently on Rotorua’s lakefront above an active geothermal bed and offers an elevated lake view. It's like a waka that has landed after a long journey. As part of the build, a StoArmat Render System was specified and applied by Holmac NZ Ltd to the ground floor exterior masonry work and to various wall areas within the spa, complemented in a fine Stolit MP finishing texture and StoClear Sealer.
