  • For my last post of this year, I want to take a moment to say THANK YOU. 🙏 👉 To my clients: You trusted me with your dreams, your challenges, and sometimes your "is this even possible?" moments. Watching you grow, win, and occasionally surprise yourself has been the absolute best part of my year. You’re proof that intentional work (and a little coaching magic) works! 👉 To my network: Your insights, support, and the connections we’ve shared have made this year so much richer. (Seriously, LinkedIn wouldn’t be half as fun without you! And all those great coffee catch-ups – what a wonderful way to connect on a deeper level while discovering the different coffee spots around). 👉 To my friends and loved ones: Just knowing you’re always there - cheering me on, lending an ear, and being my steady support - means everything. 💖 You remind me why what I do matters, and I’m so lucky to have you in my corner. As we roll into the holidays (for some it may only be in a week or so), I hope you’ll find time to recharge, laugh, and do whatever fills your cup - whether that’s time with family, a trip to a new place, a great book, or just not setting an alarm for a week. And let me finish with my question for you: ❓What’s the ONE thing you’re most proud of this year? ✨ Seriously, let’s hear it - your wins deserve a spotlight! 2025 is waiting, and it’s a clean slate ready for us to turn it into something incredible. Let’s make it a year to remember! Happy holidays, cheers to new beginnings, and here’s to an amazing 2025! 🥂🎄 #ThankYou #NewYearNewYou #Gratitude #HolidaySeason #SuccessJourney

  • When I work with my clients, I sometimes like to bring in some magic. I’ll say, “Let’s imagine I have a magic wand. It can give you exactly what you want. Tell me - how would you love to feel?” Their answers are always heartfelt. A common response that I get is, “I want to feel confident - like I can handle anything.” They envision being bold and fearless, effortlessly making decisions and tackling challenges head-on. But as we keep talking, they often continue with, “What if I’m taking on too much? What if I mess up?” That confidence they craved is accompanied by nagging doubts and the pressure to live up to it. Through these conversations, the pattern is really clear: every positive feeling they wanted brought its own challenges. Accomplishment came with pressure, confidence with doubt, and control with exhaustion. The magic wand didn’t fail - it simply revealed a truth we often overlook - emotions don’t come as a straight “good” or “bad.” They exist on a spectrum, each carrying shades of light and shadow. The key isn’t to chase only the “good” feelings and avoid the “bad” ones - it’s to accept the full range of emotions that come with striving for what we want. When we acknowledge this, we can start focusing on how to create more of the emotions that uplift and empower us, and how to reframe those that hold us back. So, what would you love to feel? And how can you embrace everything that comes with it while building more of the emotions you want in your life? And right now, I feel in a bit of a holiday mode, even though we are not there yet… hence I choose the holiday hat in the picture… --- ✨ I’m Vered Ohanna from Success Engineering - helping business owners and executives align their mindset, passion, strategy, and actions for long-term success. #EmotionalMastery #MindsetShift #BusinessGrowthJourney #SuccessMindset #NavigateYourEmotions

  • Have you ever experienced the deep inner peace of connecting with your higher self? I’m happy to share that I’m in the process of working on something new and exciting - group coaching programme designed to awaken self-exploration through activation processes. These processes will take you through your own journey, while connecting deeply with yourself and the people in the group. Together we will explore meaningful themes, and you will be leaving with tools and insights that will serve you for life. Right now, I’m diving into new modalities and approaches to make this experience truly transformative. It’s like stepping into the light at the end of the tunnel, where fresh, green, and growing ideas are waiting to bloom. 2025 is going to be all about taking those inner shifts and turning them into outer breakthroughs. If this sparks your curiosity, let me know in the comments or a private message! This is still a work in progress – but if you show an interest, you’ll be among the first to know once it’s ready. 💡✨ #GrowthJourney #MindsetMatters #UnlockYourPotential #CoachingForSuccess #NewYearNewYou

  • Ah, December. The month where we all collectively decide it’s time to reflect, regroup, and - for some of us - panic a little. 😅 If you're in business, it’s like the final lap of a marathon. You're tired, but you also want to make sure you cross the finish line with style. So, how do you wrap up your year in a way that screams "SUCCESS!"? By thinking outside the box. Or, better yet, getting rid of the box altogether. Let me explain. Boxes are great for wrapping gifts, but in business, they can hold us back. They make us think there's only one way to solve a problem, one strategy that works, or one definition of success. But what if we ditched the box and got creative? Here are three ways to break free from end-of-year "box thinking": 🎯 1. Rethink Your Goals: Did you set sky-high goals in January that now feel... optimistic? Instead of beating yourself up, ask: What progress have I made? What small wins can I build on? Sometimes the "Aha!" moment comes from focusing on the steps you did take, not the ones you didn’t. 🎉 2. Celebrate Your Quirks: You know that weird habit you have in meetings? Or that unconventional idea you shelved because it felt “too different”? Dust it off. Success often hides in the ideas we’re too scared to try. (Just ask the person who invented ugly Christmas sweaters.) 🔄 3. Flip the Script on Your Routine: Stuck in the same old rhythm? Try shaking things up. If you always start your day with emails, start with brainstorming instead. If your meetings are always in the same format, try a walking meeting or a virtual coffee chat. Sometimes, just tweaking how we do things can spark fresh ideas and renewed energy. And here’s a little holiday secret: Success isn’t a perfectly wrapped gift - it’s a messy package of learning, experimenting, and showing up again and again. So, as 2025 approaches, let’s commit to thinking bigger, bolder, and maybe even weirder. Who knows what amazing opportunities we’ll unwrap? 🎄 What’s one “outside the box” idea you’re excited to try before the year ends? Let me know - I’d love to cheer you on! 👇 --- ✨ I’m Vered Ohanna from Success Engineering - helping business owners and executives align their mindset, passion, strategy, and actions for long-term success. #ThinkOutsideTheBox #BusinessSuccess #EndOfYearGrowth #InnovativeThinking #UnlockYourPotential

  • Can you believe it’s already December? One moment, we’re mapping out our big plans for the year, and the next, we’re drowning in end-of-year deadlines, wrapping up projects, and scrambling to check off everything we promised we’d get done. It’s a good time to pause and ask: ❓Am I living the kind of life I want, running my business the way that feels right for me, or building the career I dream of? Life moves so fast, doesn’t it? All the laughs, the tears, the mistakes we swore we’d never repeat (but totally did), the dreams we promised ourselves we’d chase (but didn’t) - it’s all zipped by. And those things we meant to say, do, or feel? They somehow slipped through our fingers and disappeared into someday. Now here we are, at the final stretch. December. The last month of the year. It’s the perfect time to stop and ask ourselves: 👉 Am I building something that feels meaningful, or just going through the motions without real purpose? 👉 Have I invested in becoming the person I want to be - both professionally and personally? 👉 What would it look like to step into the new year fully aligned with my values, dreams, and purpose? December’s here. Let’s finish strong - and start dreaming even bigger for the year ahead. --- I’m Vered Ohanna from Success Engineering - helping business owners and executives align their mindset, passion, strategy, and actions for long-term success. #YearEndReflection #LiveWithPurpose #MeaningfulMoments #CareerClarity #DecemberGoals

  • A new client recently asked me: "Vered, you write about so many topics - fear of rejection, procrastination, leadership, emotional intelligence, even negotiation. How do all these connect to growing a business?" Here’s what I said: It all starts with how you think. Your mindset and beliefs are the foundation of everything you do in your business and career. Breakthroughs happen when you: ✅Work from a place of passion and align it with your vision. ✅Become aware of where you’re holding yourself back - whether it’s fear, doubt, or habits that no longer serve you. ✅Build a belief system that supports your goals and empowers you to take action, even when it feels uncertain. When you start from this place of clarity, confidence, and purpose, everything else - strategy, execution, leadership - falls into place (and we work on that too). Let’s connect this to some of the topics I recently wrote about: 👉 Fear of rejection stops you from promoting your services or negotiating deals. Shifting your perspective helps you show up with confidence. 👉 Procrastination holds you back from critical tasks. Awareness and practical tools help you overcome it. 👉 Time management and planning are key to building a business that lasts and prevents burnout. 👉 Leadership challenges and emotional intelligence shape how effectively you manage teams and inspire others. 👉 Negotiation is as much about mindset as it is about strategy. These aren’t just random challenges - they’re the real, everyday obstacles that my clients - business owners and executives - face. And when you address them at their root, you gain the clarity, confidence, and direction needed to grow your business in a way that lasts. Here’s how I help: ✅ Replacing limiting beliefs with empowering ones that support growth. ✅ Aligning your strategy and actions with your vision and values. ✅ Building leadership skills and emotional intelligence for lasting success. ✅ Providing clarity on where you’re going and ensuring you’re on the right path. So yes, my coaching touches on many areas - including the strategy, plan and keeping you accountable - because growing a business or thriving in your career isn’t just about what you do; it’s about how you think, lead, and show up. If this resonates with you - or if you know someone who might benefit - send me a private message or tag them below. Let’s uncover what’s holding you back and create a plan to move forward. --- ✨ I’m Vered Ohanna from Success Engineering - helping business owners and executives align their mindset, passion, strategy, and actions for long-term success. #GrowthMindset #MindsetMatters #BusinessStrategy #SelfGrowth #BusinessCoach #Success

  • What if your uniqueness is your superpower? In a world that often pushes us to fit in, it’s easy to forget that what truly sets us apart is what makes us shine. 🌟 How many times have you looked at someone else's career or business and thought, "Maybe I should do it like them”? How often have you doubted your approach, trying to mimic what seemed "safe" or "successful"? When I coach business owners and executive in their career journey, I see this all the time. Talented individuals with incredible potential come to me saying, "I just want to do what they’re doing." But the thing is: if you try to be like everyone else, you risk losing the magic that only you can bring. Your quirks, your experiences, your way of thinking—those are your superpowers. They’re the reasons why clients will choose you, why your career will stand out, and why your dreams will become reality. When we work together, my goal is to help you uncover that uniqueness. ✅ To discover what makes your story powerful. ✅ To align your career or business with your passion and authentic self. ✅ To embrace what others might call "different" and turn it into your greatest strength. The world doesn’t need another copy of someone else. It needs you. So let’s stop hiding what makes us special. Instead, let’s use it. Whether you're building a business, navigating your career, or taking on a new challenge—your uniqueness isn’t just a trait; it’s your strategy, your brand, your edge. The real question isn’t, “How can I fit in?” It’s, “How can I stand out?” 💡 What’s your superpower? And how are you using it? Share below - I’d love to hear your thoughts. #BeYourself #Superpower #StandOut #Authenticity #UnleashYourPotential

  • Have you ever wondered how many doors you’re keeping closed just to avoid hearing a 'no'? Here’s the thing about the fear of rejection – it’s not your fault. It comes from a primal part of your brain called the amygdala, which is wired for survival. Back in caveman times, rejection wasn’t just uncomfortable – it was dangerous. Being excluded from the group could mean losing protection, food, or safety, and that could be life-threatening. In those days, that fear response kept us safe, triggering fight-or-flight reactions to protect us from real threats. But today, rejection isn’t about survival. That same part of your brain is still trying to protect you, but now it’s just running outdated programme of worst-case scenarios on repeat in your mind – things that often never even happen. Think about it: how often does the worst actually happen? And even if it does, what’s the real consequence? A 'no' isn’t about you – it doesn’t mean you’re not talented or capable. It just means this wasn’t the right fit or timing. When you focus on avoiding 'no' - you stay stuck, missing out on countless opportunities. But when you shift your focus to the 'yes' you’re working toward, something amazing happens – that fear starts to fade, and you gain the courage to take action. If fear of rejection has been holding you back up until now, ask yourself these questions: ✔ What would I do if I wasn’t afraid of hearing 'no'? ✔ What valuable opportunities am I missing out on by avoiding a 'no'? ✔ How could I grow if I learned to see rejection as part of the journey? ✔ How will I feel when I finally get that 'yes' – and is it worth hearing a few 'no’s' to get there? ✔What one bold action can I take today to get closer to my goals? I’s love to hear about what these questions brought up for you, if you’d like to share in the comments or DM me. --- If the fear of rejection has been keeping you stuck, reach out – let’s work on building the resilience to keep moving forward, no matter what. #Rejection #FearlessMindset #SuccessJourney #GoForIt #TakeAction

  • Are You Stuck in a Cycle of 'Mañana'? (Procrastination Alert…) Last week, I met with two highly skilled professionals keen to promote their services. But something was holding each of them back. For one, it was procrastination – you know, the cycle of “I’ll get to it tomorrow.” There’s a Spanish name for that: mañana. But as you know – mañana never comes… For the other, it was the fear of rejection (and I’ll talk about it in my next post). When I asked him some of the below questions, a penny dropped. He started realising what was really going on. He saw how changing his focus could bring back his inspiration, knowing why it is so important for him, and feeling how it can change so much for him when it’s actually done – and with that inspiration, he’s now on his way to moving things forward. If you’re caught in procrastination, try reflecting on these questions: ✔ Does this goal truly inspire me? Without that spark, it’s tough to begin – so find that inspiration inside you again. ✔ What’s really stopping me? Sometimes, identifying hidden fears or doubts can be eye-opening and a starting point to creating a change. ✔ What’s the cost of inaction? Visualising the impact of waiting can be a powerful motivator – Take it all the way to how big it can be. ✔ How will I feel when it’s done? Focusing on the end result can provide the push you need. ✔ What’s one small step I can take today? Even a small action can start the momentum – so take that small step right away. I’d love to hear from you – What do you do, to get yourself moving forward rather than procrastinating? --- If procrastination is holding you back and you want support to finally get things moving, contact me – let’s break this procrastination cycle together. #MindsetMatters #ProcrastinationSolutions #GetUnstuck #StartToday #SuccessJourney
