Can you believe it’s already December? One moment, we’re mapping out our big plans for the year, and the next, we’re drowning in end-of-year deadlines, wrapping up projects, and scrambling to check off everything we promised we’d get done. It’s a good time to pause and ask: ❓Am I living the kind of life I want, running my business the way that feels right for me, or building the career I dream of? Life moves so fast, doesn’t it? All the laughs, the tears, the mistakes we swore we’d never repeat (but totally did), the dreams we promised ourselves we’d chase (but didn’t) - it’s all zipped by. And those things we meant to say, do, or feel? They somehow slipped through our fingers and disappeared into someday. Now here we are, at the final stretch. December. The last month of the year. It’s the perfect time to stop and ask ourselves: 👉 Am I building something that feels meaningful, or just going through the motions without real purpose? 👉 Have I invested in becoming the person I want to be - both professionally and personally? 👉 What would it look like to step into the new year fully aligned with my values, dreams, and purpose? December’s here. Let’s finish strong - and start dreaming even bigger for the year ahead. --- I’m Vered Ohanna from Success Engineering - helping business owners and executives align their mindset, passion, strategy, and actions for long-term success. #YearEndReflection #LiveWithPurpose #MeaningfulMoments #CareerClarity #DecemberGoals

Do you ever feel like the year flew by and you’re left wondering if you did enough? Yeah, it's a tough feeling, December rolls in, and suddenly, the weight of unachieved goals, unfinished plans, and all the “what ifs” starts to settle in. You scroll through social media, see everyone’s highlight reels, and start comparing. I'm here to tell you that you’ve done more than you give yourself credit for. Just take a moment. Breathe. Look back. Maybe this year didn’t go as planned. Maybe there were days when you doubted yourself and felt like nothing was moving forward. But you’re still here. You’ve made it through the tough days, the long nights, and the moments when giving up felt like the easiest option. You’ve grown in ways you probably don’t even realize. Maybe it wasn’t loud or obvious, but you grew. And that growth? It matters. It's in you choosing to try again after a setback, finding the courage to start something new, or simply getting out of bed when it felt impossible. Growth doesn’t always look like a big milestone or a shiny achievement. Sometimes, it’s quiet, unassuming, and slow. But it’s there. So, instead of focusing on what didn’t happen this year, take a moment to honor what did. The lessons you learned, the strength you discovered, and the times you kept moving forward when the road felt too hard. This Christmas, let’s focus less on what we don’t have and more on what we do. Give yourself permission to rest, reflect, and celebrate. Let Gratitude be your Highlight Reel. ❤️&💡 #Gratitude #ChristmasReflections #PersonalGrowth #EndOfYearThoughts #YearInReview #ChristmasThoughts

As the year winds down, December is the perfect time to pause and reflect. Instead of rushing into January with vague resolutions, I use this time to realign my goals and focus by asking myself five key questions. These help me take stock of where I am, celebrate progress, and set a clear direction for the new year. Here they are: 1. What went well this year? It’s easy to focus on challenges, but don’t overlook your wins! What projects, decisions, or habits paid off? Recognizing your achievements—big or small—helps you see what’s working and builds momentum for the year ahead. Celebrate these successes and consider how to replicate them in 2025. 2. What didn’t go as planned, and what did I learn? Challenges and setbacks are inevitable, but they’re also where the best lessons come from. Reflect on what didn’t go as expected. Was it due to external factors, or is there something you’d do differently next time? Use these insights to refine your strategies and avoid repeating mistakes. 3. Am I on track with my long-term goals? Take a step back and assess the bigger picture. Are you moving toward your overarching personal and professional goals? If not, what’s holding you back? This is a great time to realign your daily actions and priorities with where you want to be in 1, 5, or 10 years. 4. What do I want to achieve in the next 12 months? Set clear, actionable goals for the upcoming year. These don’t need to be overwhelming; focus on what truly matters to you. Break them into categories—career, personal growth, health, relationships—and ensure they’re aligned with your values and aspirations. 5. How can I set myself up for success in January? The start of the year often sets the tone for the months ahead. What can you do now to make January feel less chaotic? This might include tying up loose ends, scheduling key tasks, or even taking time to rest and recharge. Think of this as planting seeds for a strong start. Asking these questions helps me reflect on the past and approach the new year with clarity and purpose. By dedicating time to this process, I ensure I’m not just setting resolutions—I’m building a plan that truly aligns with my goals. How do you prepare for the year ahead? #Reflection #PlanningAhead #PersonalGrowth #2025Goals #StrategicThinking

As the year draws to a close, I’m feeling so reflective about how far we’ve come together. The last few years have felt like a whirlwind, and now, standing on the brink of 2025, I just wanted to take a moment to say: Thank you. Thank you for being part of my world. Thank you for your support, for being here, and for choosing to connect with me. As they say on the airlines, “You have a lot of choices,” and the same goes for coaching, mentorship, and marketing. The fact that you’ve chosen to spend a few moments of your day listening, engaging, and supporting means more to me than I can express. This year, we leaned into growth in a deeply organic way. Because of you, our community has expanded, our engagement has flourished, and our message has reached more people than ever. Every comment, every piece of feedback, every bit of support helps me refine what I do so that it resonates with you and serves you better. You’re not just along for the ride—you’re shaping it, and for that, I’m incredibly grateful. As we head into 2025, I’m laser-focused on supporting you in achieving your goals. Whether it’s landing your first five clients or your next five, I want to help you do it in a way that feels aligned with your values and authentic to who you are. This journey isn’t just about business—it’s about unlocking freedom: time freedom, financial freedom, freedom of location, and freedom to fully show up as YOU. It starts with believing in yourself and taking action, even if it’s imperfect. So here’s to staying focused in a noisy world. Here’s to choosing what matters most. And here’s to creating a life that reflects your highest potential. Wishing you and your loved ones a joyful holiday season and a bright New Year filled with endless possibilities. With so much love and gratitude, Amanda P.S. I can’t wait to share what’s coming in 2025—it’s all inspired by YOU! Let’s make it a year to remember. ❤️

November 4th…… Is it really November 4th!?! How often do you hear this throughout the year, or say it yourself? It’s far too easy to get wrapped up in the day to day, and time just slips right by. I know this happens for me when I don’t set intentional goals with a plan on how to achieve them. 2024 was admittedly a tough year for me when it comes to goal setting and priority planning. There were some big wins, and also some things I’d like to take another shot at! **A Fail to Plan is a Plan to Fail** As we enter the final stretch of 2024, I’m focused on finishing this year on a high note and looking ahead to the exciting opportunities in 2025. I have a personal goal to prioritize planning—not just for myself, but for my family, my team, and everyone around me. In the past, the hustle and bustle sometimes blurred my focus, holding me and those I care about back. I have a renewed focus, and am intent that 2025 will be different. I’m committed to approaching this new year with purpose and intention, creating clear, actionable goals that will guide us all forward. This means building a roadmap that keeps priorities simple and achievable for everyone, whether it’s at home, at work, or for personal growth. When everyone has a clear path, they can see their role and their success. Whether it's my family building routines together, my team understanding their goals, or me staying aligned with my vision, 2025 will be about making every moment count. Let’s close out this year strong and step into a new one full of clarity, connection, and success!
