We share in your joy and grief, recognizing the profound impact this disease has on your lives. To the 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥-𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐬 who face this disease daily, guiding families through some of the most challenging moments of their lives—thank you. To the 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬 dedicated to improving outcomes and deepening our understanding of TTTS—we are deeply grateful. November isn't just about moustaches—it's also about miracles. As Neonatal November comes to a close, I want to highlight a cause very close to my heart: raising awareness about premature births and the challenges families face in the NICU/SCBU. As some of you may know, our son, Agastya, was born prematurely. We’re incredibly grateful to organisations like The Little Miracles Trust and Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora for their unwavering support during such a critical time. Their care and dedication gave us strength and hope when we needed it most. The photo below is really special to Chandrika & I - It’s Agastya on Day 1 and then a year later, meeting the same amazing nurses who cared for him in the SCBU at Waitakere Hospital and North Shore Hospital. We are so blessed to have had their support. These nurses and doctors are absolute heroes, doing god's work to care for the tiniest fighters. At Spark New Zealand, employees are encouraged to give back through a volunteer day each year. This year, I’ve chosen to spend mine supporting The Little Miracles Trust, an organisation that does incredible work for families like ours. This past weekend the team at S&P Dow Jones Indices and NZX Limited hosted the S&P/NZX Charity Golf Classic, the 34th in the Financial Markets Series, in support of The Little Miracles Trust. It was an awesome event that really highlighted the power of community—with 22 teams, numerous volunteers, our Issuers and wider organisations coming together for a great cause. Super proud to be able to be part of the team that helped make this happen. We are thrilled to share the success of the recent S&P/NZX Charity Golf Classic held in Taupo last week.
