It's been great for our UCL team to have been involved in the 1st of the RONs projects. Tony Harrison was involved as a technical advisor in the high level scoping and workshops earlier this year and Aaron Campion undertaking economics. He is also the Engineer to Contract on the enabling works working with Brylee Thomson from WSP in New Zealand , Regan Leahy from Fulton Hogan and Jacob Laird from NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi. Sam Green has been leading our design team designing elements of the enabling works. Great to have so many capable local people working on this exciting project.

Tony Harrison welcomed back the Hawke’s Bay contingent of the U21 Junior Paddle Ferns at the Hawke’s Bay Airport today. Great to see their bronze medals in the flesh. These young ladies had a stellar World Champs with a one goal loss in extra time to the eventual gold medal French team, showed their resilience in beating Germany in the 3rd/4th play off. The Senior Women, who UCL sponsored HB player Casey Hales, took out gold. #womenssport #littlefishbigsplash

Intelligent Transport Systems New Zealand (ITSNZ) are hosting a webinar this month focused on Optimising Traffic Systems and Reducing Accidents with AI - featuring our very own Jacques S.! We know you will represent NZ well and are proud to be providing sponsorship to the team.
