When we started Vince New Zealand we were convinced that Vegan was the only way. As Vince started to reach a wider audience the overwhelming use case became as a 50% substitute for Beef, Lamb and pork mince in a range of family favourites (nachos, Bolognese, lasagna etc etc) The burning question for us as we grew Vince New Zealand was how do we get everyone to eat lots more Veggies. And how do we make it delicious and super convenient so that people lean in to help themselves, their families and our planet. A natural outcome of eating more veggies is that the amount of meat on the plate reduces. The result was No labs, No test tubes, made by a chef and mum, in a kitchen, from Cauliflower, carrot and tomatoes. A solution that helps accomplish the mission of healthier convenience meals, for our families and the planet. Lean in, it is easier than you think. If you aren't perfect that's fine, just start.
