Finally found a truly healing hotel in Chiang Mai

Chiang Mai is a destination that nourishes the soul, and there are many hotels to choose from. While there are many beautiful and historic hotels in the old town, the one that really surprised me was Aleenta Retreat, a healing hotel a little further from the city center. The hotel is small and relatively new. It is not overly luxurious, but it is just the right amount of comfortable and relaxing, with friendly, quiet, and enthusiastic service. The hotel offers several free wellness experiences for guests, including yoga, meditation, qigong, and essential oil making, which are very interesting. It was here that I finally realized the beauty of a healing hotel. I started the day with a morning yoga session that was relaxing, nourishing, and energizing, followed by a hearty and healthy breakfast. It was unhurried, quiet, and unpretentious, and the essence of Chiang Mai was all around. If you are looking for the hustle and bustle of a busy street, this hotel is not as convenient as the ones in the old town. But if you want to escape from the hustle and bustle of life for a while, this is a healing journey worth trying.
