A story brought me to this hotel in Mogan Mountain

I read a WeChat article about the origin of the French Mountain Residence and was intrigued. I finally found time to stay here for two days in late autumn. [Room] I booked a king room in the main building. The two large windows made the room bright and airy. One window overlooks the pool, and the other offers a close-up view of the mountain. The view is great from anywhere in the room. The room is also very spacious, with a large bathroom with a window and a bathtub, a huge bed, and a wide sofa that can seat five or six people. I felt completely relaxed here. [Scenery] The hotel is nestled in a valley, and the mountain path is just a few steps from the room. It was raining when I arrived, so I took a slow walk up the mountain with an umbrella after breakfast. I passed a garden and a forest, and when I looked out from the top, I saw the misty mountains. I suddenly understood how ancient people felt when they painted ink wash paintings. I was surprised to hear birds chirping on my way down. I saw a beautiful bird with a long tail preening its feathers on a tree branch. I had never seen this kind of bird before and didn't know what it was. [Food] The minibar in the room is well-stocked with imported and local drinks, and the first round is free. I also received a fruit plate at check-in, and the fruit was fresh and delicious. The restaurant is beautiful, with elegant off-white decor and patterned floor tiles. The lighting is also comfortable, and the photos turned out great. The best breakfast item was the pork ciabatta. The crust was crispy, and the pork soaked into the bread. It was very satisfying. I don't remember much about the other dishes. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay. I barely looked at my phone, finished a book, hiked, had a spa treatment, and took a bath. I felt relaxed and happy. If you have good taste, high standards for accommodation, and want a quiet and relaxing vacation, I highly recommend this hotel.
