I traveled from Chengdu along the 318 National Highway, and I always choose Songtsam when I see it along the way. Songtsam Lhasa was the last stop of my trip, and the service was as good as ever. One detail really touched me. Last year, there were still many 😷 rules. We arrived at Gonggar Airport and found that our health code had expired a few hours ago, so we couldn't board the plane. I immediately changed my flight, extended my car rental, and called the hotel to say that I was a guest who had just checked out of a certain room and wanted to extend my stay. However, I had decided to go to Yamdrok Lake in Shannan and would not return until the evening. Even though I hadn't paid a deposit or made an online booking, my room was reserved for me. When I walked into the lobby, the manager immediately came over and handed me the key. The lights, humidifier, oxygen machine, and goodnight dessert were all ready in my room. Songtsam's trust in its guests makes us trust Songtsam. I'm going to Tibet again soon, and I'll stay at Songtsam again!
