This hidden gem of a guesthouse in Shaxi Ancient Town is so cheap!

Guixinju Guesthouse, Shaxi Ancient Town 👉On the day I went to Shaxi, I traveled along a winding mountain road, through fields of rapeseed, and finally arrived at the guesthouse I had booked. 👍The moment I opened the door, I was greeted by a courtyard bathed in sunlight. The owner was watering the flowers, and the light danced on the water. 👉It was a beautiful scene! ⭐Guixinju Guesthouse is not in the core scenic area, so it is quiet, but it is still very convenient to walk to the main attractions. I like the location. ⭐The guesthouse was renovated in March 2022. The Bai-style architecture is unique, and the flowers and succulents in the courtyard are thriving. ⭐The owner is a local Bai person. He is very hospitable, loves tea and wine, and is a great storyteller. During my stay, we often ate and drank together, and I felt very honored. 😴"Guixinju": A place to live, chat, taste, appreciate, and travel. "Jiahe sai" (Bai language)! Just right! 💎If you need a guide to Shaxi, I suggest: 💎Choose a guesthouse full of flowers, away from the noisy main street. 💎If you happen to be there on a Friday, remember to go to the market. You'll find many things you've never seen before. 💎Choose a cafe you like (if you don't know how to choose, look at the coffee machine). I recommend "Raven" for its great taste and interesting location. "Half Mountain Coffee" is in the village opposite, but it's very crowded, so I don't recommend going there. 💎"Xianfeng Bookstore" is a popular place to drink coffee and buy figurines. I like the village it's in (opposite Shaxi Ancient Town). 💎Go to the alley next to Xianfeng Bookstore and find a tie-dye shop to make your own blue flower cloth. 💎Sit in the square near Yujin Bridge and listen to the street performers. Let yourself relax. 💎Look up during the day, and you might see a rainbow. The sunset is amazing, and the stars at night are like those from my childhood. 💎Go to Yujin Bridge in the morning when there are fewer people. You can't see the sunrise in Shaxi, but you can take photos of the blue river. You can also take aerial photos of the bridge and village, or walk to the other side of the river to see the morning mist. 💎I hope you forget the guide and the wind, and just wander through the ancient town and village without a destination.
