1 Hour Drive from Shanghai | "Outdated" Internet Celebrity is Actually So Good

For the past two years, I've always wanted to see this popular red brick building in Kunshan. I either missed it when passing by or didn't have time to go... I finally went this time! There were no tourists, and it was great to have the place to myself for photos! 🧱Zhudian Brick Kiln Museum was once a place where royal gold bricks were fired. Now, it is a free museum. The red brick facade is full of history, and the black metal stairs at the front and back doors give the building a sense of depth. There is a restaurant and cafe on the first floor, and many free photography works are on display on the second floor. There is also a large terrace where you can enjoy the view of Mingjingdang Lake opposite. ☀️On sunny days, the lake is so blue! Like the sea. 🤎What surprised us the most was the "long-lasting" bald cypress trees on the road behind the building. It's already January, and they're still so lush! Maybe it's a different species from the cypress trees in other places! The color matches the building so well!
